PARTICLE KID

Particle Kid is the experimental future-folk project of Micah Nelson, a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and visual artist whose work refuses to stay inside any one genre. Across six albums, including the sprawling 26-song Time Capsule featuring Jim James, Sean Ono Lennon, J Mascis, Margo Price, and his father Willie Nelson, he blends analog warmth, tape loops, and psychedelic folk into something entirely his own. Rolling Stone named him one of its "New Classics." He has toured the world as a headliner, backed Neil Young, opened for The Flaming Lips, Tinariwen, Meat Puppets, and The Claypool Lennon Delirium, and played Luck Reunion, BottleRock, and the Outlaw Music Festival.
